Microneedling 101

A Derma Roller is a handheld device with a series of microfine precision needles that are fixed onto a rotating drum, designed to make microscopic incisions on the surface of the skin to impart Anti-aging Benefits. 

The simple act of stimulating the skin in this way promotes remodelling of the skin and stimulates growth of fresh skin cells, new blood vessel formation and the production of collagen. 

The procedure can be done at home after some YouTube Tutorials at a fraction of the price of a Microneedling session in an Aesthetics Clinic - please remember to treat this as a minimally invasive surgical procedure so ensure adequate sanitary practises, preparation of the skin and sterilisation of equipment with alcohol after use. 

Recommended Use: 1 session per month after cleansing the face with face wash in the evening
